Career Assessment
At Sprouting Psychology, career assessment melds together our core areas of expertise - human development and educational planning - with career trajectories.
The modern job economy in the AI era is full of unknowns, but precise measurement of your abilities, interests, and traits can help guide you toward a more fulfilling future. And career assessment is not just for college-aged or working adults; younger adolescents also benefit from key insights into the academic and enrichment goals to focus on now to prepare for the future.
We help families future-proof their children’s education and career path through neuroscience-driven assessments, strategic educational planning, and AI-era skill forecasting.
This service can stand alone or be supplementary to a psychological or psychoeducational assessment.
This service will be available in 2026!
Career & College Readiness Assessment
Helping young adults find their direction with clarity and confidence
Many bright, motivated students struggle to answer life’s big questions: “What should I major in?” “What career path fits me best?” “How do I know if I’m ready?” Our Career & College Readiness Assessment is designed for young adults (ages 16–26) who are preparing for college, considering majors, or exploring career options after graduation.
Unlike quick online quizzes, this assessment is conducted by a licensed psychologist and provides a comprehensive, evidence-based profile of your child’s strengths and preferences.
Acknowledging a Rapidly Changing World
We recognize that learning, careers, and the workplace are evolving faster than ever. Artificial intelligence, automation, and other innovations are reshaping entire industries in ways no one can fully predict. While no assessment can forecast the future, our approach intentionally considers these changes—helping students identify strengths, skills, and mindsets that are most likely to remain valuable, adaptable, and resilient in an uncertain world.
